New Boiler installation in Cowlersley, West Yorks. Our Customer approached us about a replacement combi boiler. We had previously carried out remedial work for this customer. Including attending an emergency leak. Before returning at a later date to install a few new radiators.
On our visit to the site, we viewed the existing Ariston combi, situated in the loft. After discussing the homeowner’s needs and hot water demands. A combi boiler swap was the best course of action. We then spent 30 minutes going through our in-depth home survey. Which includes the measuring and testing of supplies into the property. once the survey was completed, We went away and put the quotation together. We then presented our customer with a couple of options to choose from. The customers choice was a Baxi Duotec 28kW. Controlled by a Nest, wireless learning thermostat.
The Baxi Duotec comes with a manufacturer warranty of 7 years and is a proven reliable boiler. It is capable of providing hot water flow rates of 11.5 litres per minute and heating output of 27kW
The day of the install was in the middle of a heatwave. As you can imagine working all day in the roof space in that heat wasn’t pleasant in the slightest. But we soldiered on through.
