During a service, Richard found that our old combi boiler (which had been previously looked after by a nationwide company) was unsafe due to a bent burner plate and had to be disconnected. He showed us exactly where the problem was and after discussing the cost of the repair vs a new boiler we opted for a new unit at a price less than the nationwide installers. Rather than leaving us with heating / hot water for a long period, he rearranged his work and was back the following day to fit the new boiler which was all done to a high standard. We’ll recommend him to anyone over the nationwide companies!

New oil boiler system installed by MS cookers and boilers including smart thermostat and other bits on the central heating system. Very impressed with the communication and the work completed. Very friendly service. Will be using to maintain the system and for any future work.
