How do I know if I need a new oil boiler?
There are a number of signs your oil boiler may be coming to the end of its life and you could benefit from a replacement or new oil boiler.
- Leaks – if your oil boiler is leaking either water or oil it may be a sign your boiler is ready for replacement.
- Smells – you may notice oily or fumey smells coming from the boiler
- Persistent Breakdowns – your boiler may be showing you the same fault or breaking down consistently. It’s not always economical to keep repairing aging boilers.
- Noisy – if your boiler is making an unusual noise or one you haven’t heard before it’s worth giving us a call
- Unreliable – if you can no longer rely on your boiler to consistently provide you with heat and hot water, perhaps it’s not working as efficiently, cutting out or burning more oil than usual, this could be time for a new oil boiler.
